We only collect the data you voluntarily enter into the forms on this website, plus limited technical information about how the site is used.
- Project request form: name, company name, email or phone, estimated budget, and your comment.
- Free marketing analysis form: name, company name, phone number or email.
- Marketing test: your answers to the test questions. These are processed in your browser only and are never sent to us unless you afterwards submit a request form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited - only as far as needed for the site to run securely.
Why we process your data
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or a free analysis, and stay in touch about possible cooperation.
We do not use your data for automated profiling and make no automated decisions based on it.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit a form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract has been signed that requires longer retention for accounting or statutory reasons.
